Waterfowl Puppy Training

The most crucial time in any puppy's life is from birth to around 6 months of age. During this time of development they are a sponge in the way they learn and grow. Anything puppies see or do during this time will have a strong influence in their later years. 

The waterfowl puppy training will be the foundation in which all other training will be built upon. Our waterfowl puppy program is very specific to the waterfowl genre and is designed to teach the puppy how to learn, focus on the task, and become a team player with their handler.  We will use this time to free shape obedience commands, introduce the puppy to water, introduce the puppy to firearms and give him an understanding of what will be their job as they mature.

We also utilize this timeframe to introduce the puppy to as much of the world as possible. This includes both in the house and in the field. This exposure and socialization builds a confident and bold dog that works well around other dogs and human handlers.
